ladies, we all want to change something about ourselves, if you “fixed” your boobs you’d find something else to hate about yourself…. if is not for confidence its for guys, and tbh if you want to have big boobs to flaunt to them theyre gunna toot it and boot it… youre beautiful the way you are! im 13 and i know all this for a fact, dont change yourself!

Could you please explain in detail if possible with pictures that what physical exercise is required to increase the breast size. Also what more than soya, nuts and almonds can be included in diet to get the required result.

hi, im a 15 year old girl and really unhappy with my body. I am trying to loose weight but I still want to have a fare amount of breast. I have tried everything i can think of, but nothing seems to work for me. I am either putting on weight which makes my breasts increase or loosing weight which makes them decrease. Can you PLEASE help?

Deepika, first of all don’t panic. If you’re getting married it means that the man who will be your husband adores the way you are, including your breasts. Of course, women tend to look for perfection and I can’t agree more to this if there are still some limits imposed. Concerning your question, try the tips mentioned above and also some physical exercises which will develop a beautiful brawn. Good luck on one of the most beautiful days in a woman’s life!

I’m 27 n my breast r too small and the worst thing is i’m going to get married.im exercising daily n using ayur breast enhancing cream. i dont think this will really work out. i wanna grow large breast or atleast bigger than this. please help me to find a way.

I am on the other spectrum. I have lost about 40 lbs and yet my DDD breasts STILL haven’t gone down…It’s so frustrating. Should I stay away from caffeine products? Does Caffeine cause breasts to get bigger? I drink diet soda.

wow I really wanted to GROW breasts to impress this cute guy but I realized yo don’t need boobs to ipress guys its what’s its inside you that counts if they don’t like you well its their luck cause what’s inside is much better than little swollen things on ur chest boobs DON’T count!!!!
