Oats and maize can be eaten often as they have important nourishing qualities and are full of vitamins: selenium, fibers and proteins.

Humus can be bought already cooked or you can prepare it at home. You can prepare sandwiches with humus seasoned with tofu, lettuce, red pepper or avocado. It is essential to eat it with black bread.

Granolas with fruits can be eaten if you like a lot raw vegan food style. Those sold at the hypermarket usually contain cashew, nuts, coconut butter which are very healthy ingredients.

Almonds are the ideal snack for work. They can be the magic formula for an equilibrated snack.

Snacks you should forget eating at work. The reason why you should not eat these aliments at the office is the smell.

Sea food, fish cans especially tuna are on top of the powerful smell people don’t like. Most of all there is the danger that the can will spread all over your office.

Other ill advised combinations are garlic and onion, French fries and steak.

Surprisingly, bananas are considered offending at work: They acetify easily and will spread an unpleasant smell.
