What should I wear to look thinner?

What should I wear to look thinner?

Large clothes

Many women do the same mistake: wear large clothes in order to hide the extra weight. Wrong. This kind of clothes will make you look fatter than you are. Choose clothes which fit you, make you look good, which are neither large nor tight.

Heels shoes

You can wear shoes which make you look taller as they will also help you look thinner.

Tunic

The tunic outfit is in fashion again and you should take advantage at maximum of it, especially if you have problems with the belly.

Trousers

If you have problems at the bottom and at the thighs, the most indicated pair of trousers is the right one.

Avoid folds

Avoid as much as you can clothes which have folds, they won’t help you look thinner, on the contrary. They will add some extra kilos to your silhouette and you surely don’t want that.

Dark colors

Everybody knows that black clothes make everybody look thinner, but that doesn’t means that you should always wear black from head to toe. Try choosing from a large number of colors such as brown, dark green, dark blue.

Forget belts

Belts aren’t your best friends right now so try avoiding them especially if you have a problem around waist. The belt will just attract the attention on the waist.

Attract the attention

On the beautiful parts of your body. Find something at your body (face, legs, hair) and be careful to attract always the attention on this part of the body.

  1. I’m fully agree that our clothing style affects a lot to show our body in a particular shape..and if you are beautiful but fatty you can hide your fat by just following these wonderful tips and make yourself a center of attraction with your beautiful face!!!

  2. Thank you for writing this article. Looking thinner is probably the number one thing women want. Tips on how to do that are helpful. We are at a time in US history where unhealthy eating and exercise habits are causing more people than ever to be overweight. Because unhealthy is a way of life for such a large portion of the population and it is very difficult to change, advertisers have found that by telling us that fat is ok, they sell to more women. But look at the ads, fat doesn’t look good or sell. The reason that fat does not look good to us is not a result of media, it is because men and women are genetically programed to DISCARD genetic defects that would lower chances for survival. Thinner (within reason) looks better because it is healthy. The earlier posters who chastise the article are almost assuredly overweight and have been sold on this idea which is simply a lie that gets them to buy that mag or watch that show. So, put down the burger, or at least whatever food that you thought was healthy and isn’t, go to the gym and actually work out (break a real sweat), try some serious weight training as a part of it. Try going to the free weight area. Watch the other women that are in great shape. Pay attention and try the exercises they are doing. 30 minutes once or twice a week on an elliptical while reading an it’s ok to be fat article just won’t cut it. Yes, it is hard work, but is is also healthy.

  3. Your beauty should be embrased, no matter what size you are. You dont always have to “Try” to look thinner! Size doesnt matter…
