Salt and greasy aliments
If you eat meat choose always the one with less grease such as fish. Avoid aliments which are fried, have a lot of greasy components and are salted. They encourage water retention and the appearance of cellulites.

When cooking, instead of salt use spices such as thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary.

What to avoid: cakes, chocolate, ice cream.
Alcohol is on the list of prohibited aliments because of the big amount of calories contained. It encourages muscular and cellular degradation reducing the positive effects of vitamin C (destroys the susbtances causing cellulites), calcium (helps regenerating skin), and zinc in the body (fastens healing).
Fast – food
Is the fastest way to encourage the appearance of cellulites and is not hard to guess why; it contains preservatives, calories all causing the slow down of lymphatic system having as role the remove of toxins from your body.
Sausage, bacon, ham, pastry products, deep-freezed products, actually everything containing dyestuffs, additives, sugars, artificial grease should be avoided. All these are hardly cut out of your body afterwards and should be avoided because they influence the fast appearance of cellulites.
