Your skin is nourished by the aliments you eat, not only by the creams and body lotions you use. Sometimes we forget about this and we eat aliments which harm our health.
Sweets/Candies
All products which contain a lot of sugar are included in this category. It favors acne, skin elasticity and shine loss.
Soft drinks
It contains a lot of sugar and preservatives which favors premature skin aging. It can be consumed rarely and only if you have a healthy diet most of the time. It should be a rare pamper.
