Stress, lack of spare time, disorderly program or an inadequate alimentation are frequent causes which affect our health.

According to an English study, breakfast seems to be the most ignored meal of the day. Women seem to be those who usually don’t take breakfast as they are very obsessed with the way they look. They try to get rid of the extra weight and they often refuse to eat as much as it is needed.

Researchers draw the attention that we have to be more careful to what we eat at breakfast: “What really counts is what we eat, not just the fact that we respect a certain eating hour”.

A breakfast full of sugar will diminish your attention and energy. The sleepy mood at noon has as cause the extra-alimentation with sweets: “neither eggs and fried bacon, nor full of sugar cereals can replace a healthy meal based on fruits, and integrated cereals which don’t contain chemical substances”. Doctors also recommend yogurt instead of “natural” juice and earth nut butter instead of margarine or cow milk butter.

Black bread, dry fruits and kernels (nuts, almonds, sesame, pumpkin seeds) contain the necessary vitamins to keep you in shape. By eating this you will eliminate the problems caused by toxins accumulated in your body. The bacteria contained in yogurt is an important calcium source no matter the age, and it will help you prevent the affections caused by the slow intestinal traffic.
