A good day starts with 4 important activities
Waking up early in the morning and energizing represents the key of success.
We will have a good day anytime if we know how to enjoy our mornings. The first rule is to wake up earlier in the morning than usually in order to have time for some simple activities.
Even if usually waking up early in the morning seems to be a nightmare, researchers say we should do this if we want to have a happier life.
Studies show that people who wake up early are usually more positive, optimistic and can enjoy life better. On the other side, those who are less productive in the morning, tend to have depressions and physical problems.
In order to wake up earlier in the morning you should go to bed earlier in the night. Even if, in the beginning, I will be hard, you will get use to it and you won’t feel waking in the morning as a punishment. If you succeeded in doing this, implement the following activities in your morning program:
Drink a glass of warm water with a little lemon
You should drink this for stimulating digestion and to clean your body from the toxins which are collected during night. It is a detoxification drink and helps you lose weight.
Do sport activities!
It doesn’t matter what kind of activity you choose: aerobic or yoga exercises, jogging or pilates at a gym place. Sport will give you energy and will free your mind from stressing thoughts.
If you think meditation is not an activity for everybody, you are wrong. You don’t have to meditate for hours before going to work. Saying a few optimistic words to yourself will help you have a smile on your face. Imagine you will have a good day, and it will be so.
Don’t forget to eat! Breakfast is important because it gives us strength to start a new day and energizes us. Have a healthy breakfast (milk, vegetables, fish products or fruits), in order to enjoy all its benefits.
