Set a sport schedule even if you are on vacation
A vacation should be a proper moment for doing sport. When choosing the holiday destination take into consideration places which allow you to train: jogging, cycling, tennis basket are only some possibilities. Do any sport you find challenging, at least an hour/day.
Prepare by yourself the food for the road
No matter if you are traveling by plane, train or car you should prepare your own healthy food. Eat healthy before leaving home and after that prepare some chicken breast barbeque sandwiches. Don’t forget fruits!
Pay attention while eating out
Meals at restaurants could be the biggest challenge for you. While at home you know exactly how you have prepared food, when you eat at some restaurants or fast foods the situation is different. It would be better to eat boiled meat or prepared using a barbeque.

If you don’t eat something you feel like during holidays you won’t get any satisfaction while being on vacation. So you should try anything you feel like but just taste it. For example if you find a dessert delicious share it with someone don’t eat it all.

Although you are on vacation and by eating small rations could help you not putting on weight. You could eat often small rations, and don’t ask extra food. If you must spend a lot of time with friends at a restaurant for example, keep in front of you only a glass of water to minimize temptations.
