Drink a big glass of cold water

As soon as you get out of bed, drink a glass of cold water as it will start all the mental and physical processed and it’s the first step to complete the daily water necessary. It is said that a glass of water in the morning before eating anything is useful for headaches, constipation, overweight.


If you are the type of girl who prefers to take a shower in the evening you should know that the morning shower helps you wake up and it’s the first thing you should do. After doing it you will become more alert.

“Enjoy the silence” as a famous song says

Early mornings are characterised by silence: sounds don’t exist yet, the phone doesn’t ring. Enjoy the silence to clear up your thoughts. Drink a coffee on your balcony or do some jogging. Meditate or just relax before the day rumor appears.

Enjoy a coffee

If you like to drink coffee, take some time for this. If your coffee machine can be set up the previous evening to start doing your coffee before you wake up take care to program it. The smell of coffee early in the morning can be a perfect reason to wake up. And while you enjoy the coffee you can also do other things. Be sure you enjoy it and you don’t drink it at the office while you do your tasks.

Set up your agenda

Spending some time in front of your agenda is the best thing you could do if you transform it into a habit it’s better. It prepares you physically for what’s next and it helps you part your tasks in order to be more efficient. Every morning check your agenda, see what you have to do the next days. In this way, nothing important will be overlooked.
