What should you eat during menstruation period?
During menstruation, our body passes through a lot of hormonal changes which make you more sensitive: pain, blood loses etc. The deficiency of minerals and vitamins emphasizes the symptoms during menstruation. You can cover the loss from your body by eating the following aliments:
Calcium – its absence is responsible of nervousness, depression, fauling. Eat milk, eggs, broccoli and figs – these aliments contain a big dose of calcium.
Potassium – its absence is tied up to bloating. We recommend to increase the consumption of bananas, apricots, potatoes, spinach in order to maintain a good level of potassium in your body.
Essential grease acids – it ameliorates bleeding. Eat fish, sea food, nuts and almond – these aliments contain essential grease acids like Omega3.
E vitamin – makes gripes disappear. Aliments that contain E vitamin: olives, corn, avocados, kiwi fruit etc.
Also a lot of liquids should be used up – at least 8 glasses of water/day. The water will maintain your body temperature at normal levels.
