Having a lot of friends on Facebook doesn’t mean you have real friends.

The ones around you are a mirror for you even if you don’t see this. What you don’t like when you see yourself you don’t like to see at others. If you don’t ask them verbally to do some things you will always feel unsatisfied with your partner and friends. They will be afraid to be opened to you because they will face your critics. .

You will never feel confidence regarding the others

How to believe when others tell you they love you when you don’t love yourself? Fear and doubt in a relationship are contagious. By not loving yourself you will think nobody loves you. And this does a lot of harm.
