Tips to enjoy the vacation more
Vacation represents a necessity because your body needs a period of at least 6 six days for your mind to relax.
But, for its success, preparations should begin a week before vacation starts. In this case let’s see some tips which might help you:
Clean the house before leaving. It will be a pleasure for you to return to a neat house.
Leave some food in the refrigerator in order to find it when you come back home.
Don’t unpack the day you return home.
When you pack, put the objects you need the most in a special place where you can find them at any moment.
Leave at home clothes prepared for the first day of work after the vacation.
If it is possible, don’t work the maximum from the first day you come back at the job.
Download the pictures from the vacation few days after you come back.
Don’t establish important meeting in the first days after the end of the vacation.
Make a hairdo appointment for the day you come back, before you leave on vacation.
Before you go on vacation, leave some money at home in order to find them the day you return.
Leave everything in order at work for your absence to be less visible.
Get informed about the place you go: the traditions there, the people, the places to see.
Always respect this kind of program of 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of active rest (long walks on the sea for example), 8 hours of passive rest such as spa treatments or massages.
Enjoy the spare time, forget about your mobile phone, the e-mails, the messenger or the PC. Don’t forget that you’re on vacation when you can do everything you want, no matter how much time necessary to feel relaxed.
Be careful what and how much you eat. Choose salads or alimentations which contain a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eat traditional food and a lot of fish and lactate.
Return at home with at least 24 hours before you go to work. It is very stressing for you to come back home at night and go at work the next day at 7 o’clock in the morning.
